Online Admission & Registration

Submission of an online registration or application form through this website does not guarantee admission. Admission is subject to:

  • Verification of eligibility criteria as per PCI and PTU norms.
  • Submission of original documents as listed on the Documents Required page.
  • Availability of seats in the relevant programme (B.Pharmacy / D.Pharmacy).
  • Payment of applicable fees within the stipulated deadline.

The Institute reserves the right to cancel any admission found to be based on forged documents, misrepresentation, or non-compliance with regulations.

Students are advised to verify their eligibility before applying. The Institute shall not be liable for any loss arising from submission of inaccurate information by the applicant.

Fee & Payment Policy

Fee structures published on this website are indicative and subject to revision by the Institute and/or regulatory authorities. Final fee payable will be communicated at the time of admission.

Online payments, if facilitated through this website, are processed by third-party payment gateways. The Institute is not liable for technical failures, duplicate transactions, or unauthorised use of your payment details on third-party platforms.

  • Keep payment receipts safe; they are required for all fee-related disputes.
  • Refund requests are governed by the Institute's Refund Policy and applicable UGC/AICTE norms.
  • The Institute is not responsible for internet banking charges levied by your bank.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ludhiana, Punjab, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.
